These terms cover the website

By using this site you accept these terms. They govern the website operated by Pinnacle Specialty Services Group LLC and nothing else.

They are not the terms of any work we perform for you. Work is governed by the written proposal we give you and any agreement signed alongside it. Where something on this site and something in your proposal disagree, the proposal governs.

Nothing here is a quote

Descriptions of services, coverage areas, and scheduling on this site are general information. They are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work at a particular price, on a particular date, or at a particular location.

A price becomes a price when we have looked at the system and put it in writing. Estimates are free, anywhere in our service area.

How to read the standards information

This site refers to NFPA 96, to ANSI/IKECA standards, and to inspection intervals and cleanliness thresholds drawn from them. Those references are provided so you can follow the reasoning behind how we work. They are a summary, not the standard itself.

Which edition of a standard applies to your kitchen depends on what your jurisdiction has adopted, and your authority having jurisdiction may require more than the standard sets out. Do not plan a compliance program off this website. Read the adopted code, or ask us and we will tell you what we understand applies and cite it on your report.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, engineering advice, or a substitute for an inspection.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that every page is free of error or that information here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Content may change without notice.

Using the site

You may read this site, and share and print pages from it, for your own business purposes. You may not:

Standards designations such as NFPA 96, and the names and marks of the organizations that publish them, belong to those organizations and appear here to identify the standards we work to.

Some pages link to sites we do not run, and the request form on this site is provided by a third party platform. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of anything we do not operate. A link is not an endorsement.

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties of every kind in connection with the site, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits or varies the obligations we take on in a signed agreement for work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Colorado, and the courts of Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above tells you when the current version was published, and using the site after a change means you accept the version then published.
