Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning

The whole kitchen, after close, protected throughout.

A full deep cleaning of the kitchen and cafeteria, including all surfaces, equipment, and flooring. All work is performed after close of operations, and fixed equipment is plastic-wrapped before any ceiling or floor work begins.

What this covers

Deep cleaning reaches the parts of a kitchen a nightly close cannot: behind and beneath the cook line, ceiling tiles, walls above the equipment, floor drains, and the equipment interiors themselves. Commercial degreasers, professional pressure washing equipment, and clean rags are used throughout.

Protection comes first. We plastic-wrap all fixed kitchen equipment before any ceiling or floor work and place drop cloths beneath overhead work areas, so nothing lands on a food contact surface and the kitchen opens ready.

Every engagement is scoped to the facility, so the list below describes what a deep cleaning can include rather than a fixed package.

Scope
  • Ceiling tile removal and cleaning
  • Floor degreasing and pressure washing to the drains
  • Oven and cooking equipment deep cleaning, inside and out
  • Stainless wall degreasing
  • Serving area and cafeteria surfaces
  • Behind and beneath equipment, including pull-out and reset
  • Plastic wrap on all fixed equipment before ceiling or floor work, and drop cloths beneath overhead work

Deep cleaning and exhaust cleaning are separate services

They are often confused, and they are not the same work. A deep cleaning addresses the kitchen: surfaces, equipment, and floors. Kitchen exhaust cleaning addresses the hood, ductwork, and fan under NFPA 96.

One company performs both, which usually means one shutdown instead of two. If your system is due, we will say so and quote the exhaust cleaning separately rather than folding it into a deep clean where it does not belong.

Scheduled around your operation

All work is performed after close of operations. For schools that generally means a break period, for venues it means around the event calendar, and for hospitality it means overnight. The scope is built around the window you actually have.
