Exterior Pressure Washing
The rest of the grease problem, and the rest of the property.
Commercial exterior cleaning, from building faces and sidewalks through to the rooftop grease containment around the exhaust fan. The rooftop work connects directly to the exhaust system we already service. The rest is straightforward commercial exterior cleaning.
Rooftop grease containment is the item worth reading first. Grease that escapes the fan collects on the roof surface around it, and if it is not contained and cleaned it becomes a property problem: staining, membrane damage, and a condition a property manager or insurer will eventually raise. It is also a condition our crews are already standing in front of during an exhaust cleaning, which is why we handle it.
The remaining scope is general commercial exterior work. Wash water is captured rather than allowed to reach a storm drain or a roof drain, grease-laden water is treated before disposal, and scraped grease is removed as solid waste. Building exteriors, sidewalks and entryways, dumpster pads and grease containment areas, drive-through lanes, and parking lots. Useful, visible, and worth doing well, without pretending it carries a compliance requirement it does not have.

What visible grease outside usually means
When grease is visible on the outside of a duct, the condition inside is usually worse. Exterior buildup usually means grease is escaping through seams or access panels, and it is the kind of detail a fire marshal or insurance adjuster will flag long before it becomes a bigger problem.
So while the rooftop cleanup is exterior work, what it often reveals is an interior condition worth looking at. If we see it, we will tell you.
