Government and Public Facilities
Registered and procurement-ready.
Public sector kitchens are procured differently from everything else on this site. The technical work is familiar. Being eligible to perform it is the part that filters vendors out, and we are set up for it.
What is different about this work
Public sector work is filtered before it is evaluated. Registration, insurance limits, bonding, and the right certificates decide who is eligible to quote at all, so a contractor who is technically capable but not set up for the paperwork never reaches the technical conversation. The field you are choosing from is smaller than the trade as a whole.
The facilities themselves have very little in common. A recreation centre kitchen, a courthouse cafe, a detention facility, and a military dining facility differ in volume, in access, and in who has to be present while the work is done. Escorting, tool control, count procedures, and base access requirements are planned around in advance.
The documentation has a second life here that it does not have elsewhere. A service report goes into a contract file, it is read against the scope you specified, and it may be audited long after the work is finished. What you need is a report that stands on its own without anyone reformatting it, and a contractor who states plainly what was done and what was not.
The constraints we plan around
Registration is the first filter
Active SAM.gov registration with an entity ID in hand, so eligibility is not a question you have to chase.
Insurance limits and certificates
Bonded and insured, with certificates issued to the limits and endorsements a solicitation specifies.
Controlled access and escort
Uniformed, badged technicians, with crews and schedules planned around badging and escort requirements.
Documentation for the file
Reports written to sit in a contract or compliance file without anyone reformatting them.
Municipal facilities
City and county buildings, recreation and community centers with food service, and detention facility kitchens. Purchasing requirements vary by jurisdiction, and we work to whichever applies rather than asking for an exception.
Military dining facilities
Dining facility kitchens operate at high volume on schedules that do not flex, and access is controlled. Crews, scheduling, and documentation are planned to those requirements.
State facilities
State agency buildings, campuses, and institutional kitchens, procured through state purchasing channels with their own vendor registration and documentation expectations.
What changes, and what does not
The cleaning scope is the same NFPA 96 work everywhere. What changes is the scheduling, the documentation format, and how access is handled.
- SAM.gov registered, entity ID available on request
- Certificates of insurance issued to specified limits, including additional insured endorsements
- Crew planning around badging, escort, and controlled access
- NFPA 96 documentation formatted for the contract file
- Formal quoting and a capability statement available for solicitations
A documented inspection, yours to keep
For government, we will walk the system and give you a documented look at its condition: photographs of what is actually in the ductwork and at the fan, with findings referenced to NFPA 96 and IKECA cleanliness thresholds. It is yours to use internally whether or not you work with us.
