Kitchen exhaust cleaning in Denver
Documentation that survives a Denver fire inspection.
Denver holds more commercial kitchens than any other market in the state, and more exhaust contractors competing for them. We compete on what an inspector actually checks: the condition inside the duct run, and whether the paperwork backs it up.

How we cover Denver
Hotels and event venues, hospital and campus dining, corporate and property-managed buildings, and restaurants.
Denver puts every category of commercial kitchen inside a few square miles. Downtown hotel and event kitchens, hospital campuses, corporate dining, and the restaurant corridors running from LoDo through RiNo to Cherry Creek all sit close enough to work on shared routes. What changes between them is the building rather than the job, and in a core where kitchens sit underneath offices and apartments, what a system discharges matters as much as what it collects.
That is why pollution control units are common downtown. Where a rooftop discharge sits near apartments, hotel rooms, or a neighbouring air intake, a lease or a local requirement usually puts an electrostatic precipitator or a multi-stage filter bank into the run, and it carries its own service interval on top of the cleaning. A unit left unmaintained quietly stops doing the job it was installed to do, and the complaint that follows is the reason it went in.
None of it exempts what sits behind it. The duct and the fan on either side are still cleaned to NFPA 96, and a report covering the unit but not the run is not a compliance record. Getting to that run is the other Denver constraint: buildings share roofs, alley loading works on set windows, and a rooftop fan may only be reachable through a service elevator and somebody else's tenant space, so access is arranged before the visit rather than discovered at eleven at night.
Towns and districts on these routes
Adjacent towns and districts are served on the same routes. If your kitchen is near any of these, it sits inside our coverage.
Operations we serve here
Hotels, Resorts, and Casinos
Multiple kitchens under one roof, narrow overnight windows, and brand or gaming standards that expect documentation on file.
Stadiums, Arenas, and Event Venues
Many small concession systems plus club-level kitchens, scheduled around an event calendar and documented per location.
Restaurants and Multi-Unit Chains
Full service kitchens cooking at volume, and quick service groups that need the same scope executed identically at every unit.
Healthcare and Senior Living
Kitchens that cannot stop producing meals, in facilities where documentation is audited.
Corporate Campuses and Commercial Properties
For the facility manager, whoever employs them, across corporate dining, office buildings, and property-managed sites.
Colleges and Universities
Dining halls, retail outlets, and student unions on one campus, worked as a multi-day project inside semester-break windows.
