Pinnacle Specialty Services SMS Program: Consent and Opt-In

This page documents how recipients consent to the Pinnacle Specialty Services SMS notification program. It is published so that mobile carriers and messaging reviewers can verify our opt-in process directly.

Who receives messages

Recipients are employed field service technicians and contractors of Pinnacle Specialty Services only. Messages concern the recipient's own assigned work: reminders about missing service checklists and missing job photos. The public cannot subscribe. There is no website signup form, no keyword opt-in, and no QR code path. The written consent form below is the only way anyone is enrolled.

How consent is collected

Each employee is given the consent form below, on paper or as a PDF, during onboarding, and existing employees were given it when the program was introduced. The form states the program purpose, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out, and it links to our SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy. The consent checkbox is blank until the employee marks it. The employee must mark the box and sign the form to be enrolled. Signed forms are retained on file by Pinnacle Specialty Services Group LLC. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of employment; declining, or opting out later, has no effect on employment, job assignments, or pay. A Spanish-language version with identical terms is provided.

Consent language on the form

"I agree to receive recurring operational text messages from Pinnacle Specialty Services about the jobs assigned to me, including reminders for missing service checklists and job photos. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help. I have read the SMS Terms and Conditions at www.pssg.co/sms-terms-and-conditions and the SMS Privacy Policy at www.pssg.co/privacy-policy, which states that mobile numbers are not shared or sold to third parties."
