Pinnacle Specialty Services Group LLC ("Pinnacle Specialty Services", "we", "us") provides commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and related services. We collect business contact information that clients and prospective clients provide to us, such as company names, contact names, service addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, when requesting quotes, scheduling service, or corresponding with us. We collect information generated in the course of providing service, such as service records, job documentation, photographs of work performed, and invoicing and payment records. We also maintain employee information, including names and contact details, on internal company records for operational purposes.

How we use information

We use this information to schedule and perform services, communicate with clients about upcoming and completed work, produce service documentation and compliance reports, issue invoices and process payments, and operate the internal systems that support these activities. We do not use client or employee information for any purpose unrelated to operating our business.

Service providers and internal systems

We use established third-party software platforms to operate our business, including field service management, accounting, document storage, email, and messaging services. Information is shared with these providers only as necessary for them to perform their functions on our behalf. We operate internal software, built and maintained by Pinnacle Specialty Services Group LLC for our sole use, that connects these platforms to automate scheduling, documentation, invoicing, and reconciliation. This software is not offered to the public and processes only our own business records.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share client or employee information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data security and retention

We limit access to business records to personnel and systems that need them for operations, and we retain records as needed for business, tax, and compliance purposes.

Pinnacle Specialty Services SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the SMS notification program operated by Pinnacle Specialty Services ("we", "us"). The program sends operational job-documentation notifications to our own employed field service technicians. The public cannot subscribe to this program.

Information we collect

We collect and maintain employee names and mobile phone numbers on internal company records for the sole purpose of sending operational notifications related to job documentation.

How consent is obtained

Each recipient opts in by completing and signing a written consent form that states the purpose of the program, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out. The consent checkbox on the form is blank until the employee marks it. Signed forms are retained on file by Pinnacle Specialty Services Group LLC. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. The blank consent form and the exact consent language are published at www.pssg.co/sms-opt-in. There is no website signup, keyword, or QR code path into this program.

No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver messages.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with job activity and is low, typically 2 to 10 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply.
